Chester Okyere Larbi is a Consultant Valuer for Pelmax Insurance Brokers, and he is an astute Valuation and Estate Surveyor with over twelve (12) years’ experience in property valuation, leasing, land administration, property agency, corporate real estate and facilities management, project management, among others, within the built environment. He has practical and incisive knowledge of real estate industry in Ghana and abroad.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance from Coventry University.

He is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and also a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has adept knowledge in valuation methodologies, principles & standards; and sound knowledge in advising on highest and best use of land and property through years of practical experience.

Chester has been providing consultancy services (property valuation, leasing, land administration, property agency among others) for individuals and institutions over the years. Currently, he provides valuation and land registration consultancy services for a number of institutions.
